KRA recent update removed the ability to autoplay previews when you press 'scene'. A recent update removed the automatic playback of previews when you press 'scene'. Honestly, this update is very frustrating as a customer. It seems like this update was made for users who say that Pictory is slow. If that's the case, it would have been nice to have the ability to toggle autoplay previews on and off in the settings for users like me who want them to play automatically when we press 'scene'. Please either allow previews to play automatically as they did before the update, or add the ability to turn preview autoplay off or on in the settings. We strongly request that this feature be added.

CYIf I could give 0/5 I would. I was looking forward to creating an account with Pictory and start content creation online using their services, however, their website seems to be down. It will not let me sign up nor sign in. This screams red flag, I am glad I did not spend any money on this trash of a product or company. Fix your website.

NLLaggy It’s a good website but for me it’s so laggy and so slow. My internet connection is good and I know it’s not because of the connection. I wonder anybody else is experiencing the same problem or not. It takes me too much time to make a short video as the website gets so laggy and so slow during the video generation and it gets too frustrating. I just closed my laptop in the middle of the work as I got so frustrated.
