One week after the due delivery date, I emailed EMP and a few days later they emailed me a new order confirmation. No apology, no explanation of why the order didn't arrive. Just a new confirmation of the order with a new date of sale and no date of delivery. It is over two weeks since I ordered and I still have no idea when the goods will arrive. No customer service at all. Update: They replied to my latest email and seem to be trying to get the order sorted.
