IEOut of stock, apparently when you ask, but will take your money If I could give less, I would. Ordered a tee as a present on Sept 3rd. Still nothing, not even a delivery update. Contacted them via "live chat" and felt the responses were bordering on smart ass. Basically told me that the product must have been out of stock. Wouldn't cancel the order and give a refund. Still couldn't give me an eta on arrival. They were quick to take my money though. Was a loyal customer, never again will they see me.

IEI'd give it less if I could I'd give it less if I could. The price of the bed sets and they quality is that of wish or ali express. Threads hanging out of it and a massive hole in the side that wasn't sewn up correctly. Won't waste my time ordering again.

CHThe order didn't arrive on time for my… The order didn't arrive on time for my nephew's birthday. One week after the due delivery date, I emailed EMP and a few days later they emailed me a new order confirmation. No apology, no explanation of why the order didn't arrive. Just a new confirmation of the order with a new date of sale and no date of delivery. It is over two weeks since I ordered and I still have no idea when the goods will arrive. No customer service at all. Update: They replied to my latest email and seem to be trying to get the order sorted.
