I'd give it less if I could I'd give it less if I could. The price of the bed sets and they quality is that of wish or ali express. Threads hanging out of it and a massive hole in the side that wasn't sewn up correctly. Won't waste my time ordering again.

Bad delivery, bad support Delivery took over 2 weeks without notification/mentions. Payed with credit card, support is not nice. Also quality sold is pretty bad so you're better of spending your money somewhere else.

The order didn't arrive on time for my… The order didn't arrive on time for my nephew's birthday. One week after the due delivery date, I emailed EMP and a few days later they emailed me a new order confirmation. No apology, no explanation of why the order didn't arrive. Just a new confirmation of the order with a new date of sale and no date of delivery. It is over two weeks since I ordered and I still have no idea when the goods will arrive. No customer service at all. Update: They replied to my latest email and seem to be trying to get the order sorted.

I was a frequent ,buyer from EMP… I was a frequent ,buyer from EMP ONLINE, then all of a sudden shipping to my country stopped.#When I wrote several times to check if it will start again one day. They did not even have the decency to answer back. Very thankful for past clients...Shameful!!!!!
