Try before you buy I have subscribed to the Pro version of the product, paying $20 for a year, under the impression that this subscription would allow unlimited usage. However, the maximum video length is only 3 minutes, and the amount of usage per month is insufficient for someone who is in the learning stage of video creation. I believe Videogen should clearly explain all subscription options in advance or allow users to subscribe for one month to try the product.

I signed up for Pro I bought the pro plan. When I clicked voices I got one choice, Kyle. I would like to be able to find the 50 plus voices but they are not showing. Update: If you have your screen size set at more than 100% the voice choices are hidden. I let Anton at vidogen know about the experience. Overpriced and Unfriendly Customer Service They don't cancel your subscription fee on the same day you charged. As I forget to cancel my monthly subscription, they charged me. After I realised, I sent them a cancellation email kindly. Most of companies, especially startups cancel the invoice even you benefitted their service. Even I didn't use their services and asked for the cancellation, they didn't accept. Also their video gen website is not useful. It is very easy website and overpriced.
