Overpriced and Unfriendly Customer Service They don't cancel your subscription fee on the same day you charged. As I forget to cancel my monthly subscription, they charged me. After I realised, I sent them a cancellation email kindly. Most of companies, especially startups cancel the invoice even you benefitted their service. Even I didn't use their services and asked for the cancellation, they didn't accept. Also their video gen website is not useful. It is very easy website and overpriced.

You can cancel anytime but they charged you and don't refund any payment they charged. They have very bad customer services which is not good for any startup companies among this competitive market.
