They cancelled my pro plan I was using the Explorer plan for months and I was really satisfied with it. At one point this plan couldn’t match my needs so I upgraded to the Pro plan. However, a few days after I subscribed and paid they just cancelled my account. Contacted support and I got an answer few days later that they are forwarding the issue to the technical team but it’s been more than a week now I cannot access the plan I paid for. [UPDATE]: they fixed the issue and I got a complimentary free month and an additional 1000 credits. Thanks for that!

Making my imagination a reality What brought me to Kaiber was my desire to bring my imagination to life. Throughout my life, I have tried various ways to express myself artistically, but I have never been able to create the masterpiece that I see in my mind's eye. Kaiber has provided me with a toolbox that I never thought existed, or at least, I never imagined it would exist in my lifetime. With Kaiber, I feel like the force that used to hold me back is gone. I have created imagery that I never thought was possible, and now I am constantly hungry for more. I initially didnt understand the software too well but Phil in support was right there when i called on him and explained all i needed to know, a very helpful guy I must say. I am a singer/songwriter and I have a lot of tunes without video, this to me is the perfect solution and a bit of a no brainer for any content creators or singer songwriters trying to move their career along. WOW. I'm shocked I had some issues with using this AI because I'm a starter with this and joined Kaiber.AI discord where one of the member of kaiber team "X O C Y Z M" helped me a lot. He sent me a whole document of things to learn about AI. I'm really into AI and combinating it with video effects in music videos in he helped me a lot. Thanks to this man I will deffinitely keep subscribing to this AI and I'll also consider a update to a better plan.
