TERRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY I bought the 12inch tongue drum, which was sent in a Cmaj key, instead of what i ordered Dmaj. After 3 weeks of chasing up and asking for answers. Customer service advised to NOT return as they won't pay for return shipping and will be very expensive, they said i should give away or sell 2nd hand. TERRIBLE and LAZY store policy. The drum also sound cheap and tinny compared other brands i've now looked into. Don't support this business, they are just money makers.

Got one of the smaller drums from them… Got one of the smaller drums from them last April. It sounds a little bit different from the main ones they have on youtube videos and that is the reason why I removed one star from the evaluation. It was good, not as good as the main ones.

Poor costumer service Poor costumer service! Received an unasked for refund for a product and was blamed and accused of unwillingness to repay even though I was misinformed by Unlax Music Store staff as to the timestamp of the refund. Do not trust this company any longer and will not be shopping there again.
