GBPoor costumer service Poor costumer service! Received an unasked for refund for a product and was blamed and accused of unwillingness to repay even though I was misinformed by Unlax Music Store staff as to the timestamp of the refund. Do not trust this company any longer and will not be shopping there again.

GBThey have really cool instruments I've… They have really cool instruments I've never seen before, and I found it difficult to decide between them due to the lack of videos to show me the differences in sound. Ended up purchasing the Mini and am satisfied with it, even though curious about how the remaining ones would sound.

GBI bought one of their drums two months… I bought one of their drums two months ago and I can't believe how much more relaxed I feel with it. The only downside is that since it has 14 inches, it occupies a large space at my place.

GByou are responsible for return shipping fee even if the product is defected I ordered the 12" Tongue drum, it sounded very nice. There was a problem with 1 key, The support asked me to send a video and they spotted the problem directly. The process was very slow (to get a feedback from them) but efficient at the end. I wasn't happy with paying return shipping fee, as per their e-mail "return shipping fees are not included, as stated in our return terms". They ignored my follow-up email about this issue. It seems that someone else reported a problem with a key as well in the reviews. I won't buy anything from Unlax Music store, if there is a risk of defect and I will be ending up paying return shipping fees.
