Received an unasked for refund for a product and was blamed and accused of unwillingness to repay even though I was misinformed by Unlax Music Store staff as to the timestamp of the refund. Do not trust this company any longer and will not be shopping there again.

A good product but.... A good product, but I could never get it to work as it did in the videos, even with the drumsticks that came with it. It's probably my fault, but I'll give it to a good buddy who might be able to use it better than I can. I'm not knocking the quality; it's just that learning to play it well and taking full advantage of its sounds isn't easy in my opinion. Of course, you incur that risk with anything, so I'll say the problem I'm having is most likely due to my own fault.

I bought one of their drums two months… I bought one of their drums two months ago and I can't believe how much more relaxed I feel with it. The only downside is that since it has 14 inches, it occupies a large space at my place.

Got one of the smaller drums from them… Got one of the smaller drums from them last April. It sounds a little bit different from the main ones they have on youtube videos and that is the reason why I removed one star from the evaluation. It was good, not as good as the main ones.
