Worst experience of my life! Worst experience of my life! I've been working with Octiive for 6 months, I've made 3500$ in royalties, but received 0. When contacted they give up stupid excuses such as: "We don't have the data that proves this money is yours" and try to feed you some other bull*hit such as: "Check-In again in 2 months". Completely horrible company DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! I recommend DistroKid and TuneCore. They don't steal your money and scam you.

Highly recommend! I´m extremely satisfied with Octiive's music distribution platform. The customer service has been exceptional, providing prompt and helpful assistance whenever I've needed it. Their dedication to supporting artists is evident, making the distribution process smooth and enjoyable.Highly recommend!

Magpies behaving like vultures picking at the optumism core of the artistic intellect -absolutely shameful.. Take a look at these one star reviews, that will give you an idea of how people really feel... Hopefully this outfit will be out of business soon. Praise the Lord thank you God but please get these dark shadows away from the door. Exorcize these demons... Amen!

they locked me out of my account for no… they locked me out of my account for no reason, didn’t reply to my emails or give me a refund!! i spent $40 on 2 albums and never got a single penny back, i’m very disappointed. update - the money was refunded, a little slow on service but i still got the money back

Excellent service, very happy Rather confused about some of the reviews here, but you don't often think to write a review if everything goes smoothly, do you? In my case,things have run like clockwork now for over two years, after 5 albums and numerous singles. They all come out on time and I get paid quickly (with very good breakdown of the sale type and country etc). The web interface was a bit quirky two years ago, but it is much better now. The number of stores (750) is unrivalled and the prices are reasonable. The choice of genres is huge. The best part however has been the service. I have had some pretty weird requests and all have been dealt with promptly. Once YouTube didn't list an album (title was a bit dodgy!) - but it was dealt with and YouTube had it on their site within 2 days. I wanted something special on The Qobuz, Tidal and 7 Digital platforms - and it was arranged quickly I bought a PR Blast - and they listen to your stuff properly. I had quite a chat with the guy who did it. Octiive really is run by musicians, not business moguls. They understand what it is like and they DO try to help. Octiive may not be for everyone, but it suits me perfectly - I am a solo artist and just want to my music out there, in as many places as possible, including China.
