When contacted they give up stupid excuses such as: "We don't have the data that proves this money is yours" and try to feed you some other bull*hit such as: "Check-In again in 2 months". Completely horrible company DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! I recommend DistroKid and TuneCore. They don't steal your money and scam you.
