In conclusion, you are engaging in misleading advertising. It would also be smart for you to respond to our customer complaints, which have gone unanswered for over 4 months. Sincerely, but firmly. Songtrust are just a bunch of lying con… Songtrust are just a bunch of lying con artists. Promise of royalties paid has never materialised and now they want my personal data to access my account. I wouldn't trust Songtrust with my data - they would probably sell it on. I signed up in good faith and now they have access to my label artists work and will continue to collect without paying anything back . Avoid this shabby nasty little company . 😱

Cancellation with Songtrust is impossible I submitted an email as well as a request using their form on April 27th. I have since submitted multiple requests again and again through their form as well as their ticket system as directed. Their has been radio silence. Be careful because when you sign with Songtrust your deal might end up being permanent despite what the terms and conditions may lead you to believe.

Good After an admittedly long delay during which you may find yourself blocked from your account due to verification of your content additions, you should be able to work with Songtrust again. In my memory, the wait lasted about 2 to 3 months. During this period where nothing happens, the fault for me is the lack or absence of response from the customer service. Today, the conflict has been resolved, my content authenticated and I work with songtrust in perfect harmony. It is just necessary to be patient at the beginning of the partnership.
