GBnot registered, taking percentage I've just realised they are taking 50 percent of royalties from my song, without even being registered with them! Very dodgy. I accidentally saw them on my PRS account, before I've never heard of them.

GBThe worst company ever! The worst company ever!! They don't reply to their tickets plus they don't register your songs, I have 8 songs stuck on "Processing" for over a year. Guys do yourself a favor become your own publisher, or go with the competition like Tune Core or CD Baby Publishing. Stay Away!!!

FRGood After an admittedly long delay during which you may find yourself blocked from your account due to verification of your content additions, you should be able to work with Songtrust again. In my memory, the wait lasted about 2 to 3 months. During this period where nothing happens, the fault for me is the lack or absence of response from the customer service. Today, the conflict has been resolved, my content authenticated and I work with songtrust in perfect harmony. It is just necessary to be patient at the beginning of the partnership.

GBAn Unfortunate Company Songtrust can best be described as an unfortunate company. There are plenty of "resources" out there hell bent on taking advantage of artists. I don't believe Songtrust does this intentionally or by design; it does so via neglect, poor management and woeful understaffing. You will wait for months on end to receive replies to customer service inquiries and when those replies come they will either be incomplete (at best) or lack of any good information at all. You will wait years on end for your tracks to be fully processed with PROs. You will be subject to a terrible user interface and a paltry website that does not function smoothly. What does function very well, however - is the collection of your sign up fee. That transaction will go very quickly and without incident. Perhaps the future will hold some restructuring for this company and it can be a useful entity for artists but as of now, I'd say avoid Songtrust. Save your money and save yourself some grief.

CACancellation with Songtrust is impossible I submitted an email as well as a request using their form on April 27th. I have since submitted multiple requests again and again through their form as well as their ticket system as directed. Their has been radio silence. Be careful because when you sign with Songtrust your deal might end up being permanent despite what the terms and conditions may lead you to believe.
