GBSongtrust are just a bunch of lying con… Songtrust are just a bunch of lying con artists. Promise of royalties paid has never materialised and now they want my personal data to access my account. I wouldn't trust Songtrust with my data - they would probably sell it on. I signed up in good faith and now they have access to my label artists work and will continue to collect without paying anything back . Avoid this shabby nasty little company . 😱

GBSupport has become unresponsive It's been 51-days on a question regarding content ID with YouTube and them. I understand "that some inquiries require involvement from other team members and stakeholders so they may take longer to resolve." But almost 2 months and no update? I'll give them credit for a 10-day follow email (which was most likely automated) "We assure you that we have received your inquiry and we are working to get back to you as quickly as possible.", but there's been nothing after that.

GBUseful, but requires more investment into support. SongTrust saves me a lot of time with registration and the platform is simple to use. (They do pay out, for anyone worried). I wish they were able to employ more people in their support department - I'm guessing the current team is swamped as I almost never get a response, which can be frustrating.

GBnot registered, taking percentage I've just realised they are taking 50 percent of royalties from my song, without even being registered with them! Very dodgy. I accidentally saw them on my PRS account, before I've never heard of them.

FRSongtrust Thieves Songtrust, #Songliar #SongThieves, please be aware that your service is more than degraded. You sell and promise a referencing service for our productions with companies such as BMI, SACEM etc... yet you take more than 10 months to process even one track. In conclusion, you are engaging in misleading advertising. It would also be smart for you to respond to our customer complaints, which have gone unanswered for over 4 months. Sincerely, but firmly. One of your many dissatisfied customers, looking for a better competitor.
