USI just released my album on the 4th of… I just released my album on the 4th of July, 2023, registered my songs June 5th, 2023. Please reply to my ticket for getting my track listed at my PRO. I am wondering if I am missing out on any royalties if it's not registered yet (or can you collect retroactively?) Update: Songs registered within about a month and a half (07/19/23). I'm impressed with their support- it is great 👍 I'm a small artist starting out essentially. Thank you

FRSongtrust Thieves Songtrust, #Songliar #SongThieves, please be aware that your service is more than degraded. You sell and promise a referencing service for our productions with companies such as BMI, SACEM etc... yet you take more than 10 months to process even one track. In conclusion, you are engaging in misleading advertising. It would also be smart for you to respond to our customer complaints, which have gone unanswered for over 4 months. Sincerely, but firmly. One of your many dissatisfied customers, looking for a better competitor.

USSupport has become unresponsive It's been 51-days on a question regarding content ID with YouTube and them. I understand "that some inquiries require involvement from other team members and stakeholders so they may take longer to resolve." But almost 2 months and no update? I'll give them credit for a 10-day follow email (which was most likely automated) "We assure you that we have received your inquiry and we are working to get back to you as quickly as possible.", but there's been nothing after that.

MYlacking human touch in customer support and hard to solve issue update 18 May 2023 1. tax issue had been solved, you just need to make sure read every country tax number since they use automatic system detection, 2. still waiting for internal resolve for few songs affected songtrust, i truly want you to grow. but your support is truly lacking big. there's been collab songs with mispayment. songtrust takes 50% of what's already been split from PRO and other royalty collection, and its an ongoing problem, the song "after the rain" itself had generated more than 10 mill streams on spotify alone. please correct this mispayment asap and pay what is due to me and the collaborators. I now had issue with tax form status hasn't changed from "submitted" to "reviewed", it has been 3 weeks since i submit & ended up skipped my latest payment. (i think there might be an error in the tax form submission system) hope u guys able to improve the system

USWORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT TRUST! Songtrust promised us (3 producer/composer team) back royalties for our streaming catalog upwards of $30k when we signed up around 3 years ago. Since we signed up we received a few hundred $$ and every way of contacting them, direct email, support ticket, facebook etc...remains unanswered. We received a couple of apologetic emails that they would get back to us shortly - never happened - completely ghosting us for 3 solid years. Absolutely unbelievable and terrible company. The problem is, we lost 3 years of collecting these back royalties and they may be lost forever. STAY AWAY!
