GBI just released my album on the 4th of… I just released my album on the 4th of July, 2023, registered my songs June 5th, 2023. Please reply to my ticket for getting my track listed at my PRO. I am wondering if I am missing out on any royalties if it's not registered yet (or can you collect retroactively?) Update: Songs registered within about a month and a half (07/19/23). I'm impressed with their support- it is great 👍 I'm a small artist starting out essentially. Thank you

GBUseful, but requires more investment into support. SongTrust saves me a lot of time with registration and the platform is simple to use. (They do pay out, for anyone worried). I wish they were able to employ more people in their support department - I'm guessing the current team is swamped as I almost never get a response, which can be frustrating.

GBThis publishing company is undoubtedly… This publishing company is undoubtedly the epitome of incompetence. If there were a negative rating option, I'd eagerly utilize it. It's been nearly a month since I've been locked out of my account, and their customer service is utterly worthless. Despite their claims to contact them via the ticket service, their response time has been abysmal – over a month with no reply. Their conduct is nothing short of appalling, and they certainly don't merit anyone's hard-earned money

GBnot registered, taking percentage I've just realised they are taking 50 percent of royalties from my song, without even being registered with them! Very dodgy. I accidentally saw them on my PRS account, before I've never heard of them.

CACancellation with Songtrust is impossible I submitted an email as well as a request using their form on April 27th. I have since submitted multiple requests again and again through their form as well as their ticket system as directed. Their has been radio silence. Be careful because when you sign with Songtrust your deal might end up being permanent despite what the terms and conditions may lead you to believe.
