GBThe worst company ever! The worst company ever!! They don't reply to their tickets plus they don't register your songs, I have 8 songs stuck on "Processing" for over a year. Guys do yourself a favor become your own publisher, or go with the competition like Tune Core or CD Baby Publishing. Stay Away!!!

GBnot registered, taking percentage I've just realised they are taking 50 percent of royalties from my song, without even being registered with them! Very dodgy. I accidentally saw them on my PRS account, before I've never heard of them.

GBDespite them using the success of our… Despite Songtrst using the success of our track to market Songtrust on social media (we had a number one in the USA), we have not had a reply for well over 6 weeks about the tax docmentss being ignored, they ignore Twitter and Instagram messages (they follow me on both so they can see my messages). My tax document has sat doing nothing for over 2 months, and have not received my last payment either. Was also contacting them to suggest a wider catalogue deal but seems they don't want my business. What's the point in such an excellent product if you ignore your customers? I'm having to post here to try and get someone to please get in touch.

GBI have not received my 4th quarter… I have not received my 4th quarter payments but on the website it says that’s it was sent and delivered I emailed songtrust many times and no response or even a help to get my payment. I’ve also seen other people tweet to them about missing 4th quarter payments. This should not be happening with a credited company like this. And I’m still waiting for my payment it’s been a week already and no response

CACancellation with Songtrust is impossible I submitted an email as well as a request using their form on April 27th. I have since submitted multiple requests again and again through their form as well as their ticket system as directed. Their has been radio silence. Be careful because when you sign with Songtrust your deal might end up being permanent despite what the terms and conditions may lead you to believe.
