Songtrust is a tech-driven global music publishing administrator used by indie / DIY music creators all over the world to collect the royalties that their songs earn from streaming, sync, and social media. We register your songs directly with collection sources in every country and territory where they’re being played. Doing this yourself would be a full-time job: not only registering your songs with dozens of sources around the world, but also tracking down your royalties with each of them. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES do… DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES do business with Songtrust. Not that you'd actually be able to. It is virtually impossible to contact anyone at this company. Your only option to seek help with your account is their online help request, to which they do not respond. Their "phone number" is simply an unattended voicemail, which suggests you use their online chat function to speak with someone. However, when you log into your account, there IS no chat function.

Useful, but requires more investment into support. SongTrust saves me a lot of time with registration and the platform is simple to use. (They do pay out, for anyone worried). I wish they were able to employ more people in their support department - I'm guessing the current team is swamped as I almost never get a response, which can be frustrating.

Songtrust are just a bunch of lying con… Songtrust are just a bunch of lying con artists. Promise of royalties paid has never materialised and now they want my personal data to access my account. I wouldn't trust Songtrust with my data - they would probably sell it on. I signed up in good faith and now they have access to my label artists work and will continue to collect without paying anything back . Avoid this shabby nasty little company . 😱

I just released my album on the 4th of… I just released my album on the 4th of July, 2023, registered my songs June 5th, 2023. Please reply to my ticket for getting my track listed at my PRO. I am wondering if I am missing out on any royalties if it's not registered yet (or can you collect retroactively?) Update: Songs registered within about a month and a half (07/19/23). I'm impressed with their support- it is great 👍 I'm a small artist starting out essentially. Thank you

I am working with Songtrust since 2021… I am working with Songtrust since 2021 and they are formidable company. They collect all my mechanical royalties and update the report every quarter. They know accept wire transfers and you don't need to have a payoneer account anymore which is very good. I recommend this company
