Your only option to seek help with your account is their online help request, to which they do not respond. Their "phone number" is simply an unattended voicemail, which suggests you use their online chat function to speak with someone. However, when you log into your account, there IS no chat function.

Cancellation with Songtrust is impossible I submitted an email as well as a request using their form on April 27th. I have since submitted multiple requests again and again through their form as well as their ticket system as directed. Their has been radio silence. Be careful because when you sign with Songtrust your deal might end up being permanent despite what the terms and conditions may lead you to believe.

The worst company ever! The worst company ever!! They don't reply to their tickets plus they don't register your songs, I have 8 songs stuck on "Processing" for over a year. Guys do yourself a favor become your own publisher, or go with the competition like Tune Core or CD Baby Publishing. Stay Away!!!
