GBThe worst company ever! The worst company ever!! They don't reply to their tickets plus they don't register your songs, I have 8 songs stuck on "Processing" for over a year. Guys do yourself a favor become your own publisher, or go with the competition like Tune Core or CD Baby Publishing. Stay Away!!!

CACancellation with Songtrust is impossible I submitted an email as well as a request using their form on April 27th. I have since submitted multiple requests again and again through their form as well as their ticket system as directed. Their has been radio silence. Be careful because when you sign with Songtrust your deal might end up being permanent despite what the terms and conditions may lead you to believe.

GBDO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES do… DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES do business with Songtrust. Not that you'd actually be able to. It is virtually impossible to contact anyone at this company. Your only option to seek help with your account is their online help request, to which they do not respond. Their "phone number" is simply an unattended voicemail, which suggests you use their online chat function to speak with someone. However, when you log into your account, there IS no chat function.

GBWORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT TRUST! Songtrust promised us (3 producer/composer team) back royalties for our streaming catalog upwards of $30k when we signed up around 3 years ago. Since we signed up we received a few hundred $$ and every way of contacting them, direct email, support ticket, facebook etc...remains unanswered. We received a couple of apologetic emails that they would get back to us shortly - never happened - completely ghosting us for 3 solid years. Absolutely unbelievable and terrible company. The problem is, we lost 3 years of collecting these back royalties and they may be lost forever. STAY AWAY!

GBUseful, but requires more investment into support. SongTrust saves me a lot of time with registration and the platform is simple to use. (They do pay out, for anyone worried). I wish they were able to employ more people in their support department - I'm guessing the current team is swamped as I almost never get a response, which can be frustrating.
