not registered, taking percentage I've just realised they are taking 50 percent of royalties from my song, without even being registered with them! Very dodgy. I accidentally saw them on my PRS account, before I've never heard of them.

I just released my album on the 4th of… I just released my album on the 4th of July, 2023, registered my songs June 5th, 2023. Please reply to my ticket for getting my track listed at my PRO. I am wondering if I am missing out on any royalties if it's not registered yet (or can you collect retroactively?) Update: Songs registered within about a month and a half (07/19/23). I'm impressed with their support- it is great 👍 I'm a small artist starting out essentially. Thank you

lacking human touch in customer support and hard to solve issue update 18 May 2023 1. tax issue had been solved, you just need to make sure read every country tax number since they use automatic system detection, 2. still waiting for internal resolve for few songs affected songtrust, i truly want you to grow. but your support is truly lacking big. there's been collab songs with mispayment. songtrust takes 50% of what's already been split from PRO and other royalty collection, and its an ongoing problem, the song "after the rain" itself had generated more than 10 mill streams on spotify alone. please correct this mispayment asap and pay what is due to me and the collaborators. I now had issue with tax form status hasn't changed from "submitted" to "reviewed", it has been 3 weeks since i submit & ended up skipped my latest payment. (i think there might be an error in the tax form submission system) hope u guys able to improve the system

An Unfortunate Company Songtrust can best be described as an unfortunate company. There are plenty of "resources" out there hell bent on taking advantage of artists. I don't believe Songtrust does this intentionally or by design; it does so via neglect, poor management and woeful understaffing. You will wait for months on end to receive replies to customer service inquiries and when those replies come they will either be incomplete (at best) or lack of any good information at all. You will wait years on end for your tracks to be fully processed with PROs. You will be subject to a terrible user interface and a paltry website that does not function smoothly. What does function very well, however - is the collection of your sign up fee. That transaction will go very quickly and without incident. Perhaps the future will hold some restructuring for this company and it can be a useful entity for artists but as of now, I'd say avoid Songtrust. Save your money and save yourself some grief.

This publishing company is undoubtedly… This publishing company is undoubtedly the epitome of incompetence. If there were a negative rating option, I'd eagerly utilize it. It's been nearly a month since I've been locked out of my account, and their customer service is utterly worthless. Despite their claims to contact them via the ticket service, their response time has been abysmal – over a month with no reply. Their conduct is nothing short of appalling, and they certainly don't merit anyone's hard-earned money
