Your only option to seek help with your account is their online help request, to which they do not respond. Their "phone number" is simply an unattended voicemail, which suggests you use their online chat function to speak with someone. However, when you log into your account, there IS no chat function.

Great service with information that… Great service with information that made it easy and a great difference. I would highly recommend Songtrust to any artist looking at getting their song's out there to use their services.

Useful, but requires more investment into support. SongTrust saves me a lot of time with registration and the platform is simple to use. (They do pay out, for anyone worried). I wish they were able to employ more people in their support department - I'm guessing the current team is swamped as I almost never get a response, which can be frustrating.
