I understand "that some inquiries require involvement from other team members and stakeholders so they may take longer to resolve." But almost 2 months and no update? I'll give them credit for a 10-day follow email (which was most likely automated) "We assure you that we have received your inquiry and we are working to get back to you as quickly as possible.", but there's been nothing after that.
