I am wondering if I am missing out on any royalties if it's not registered yet (or can you collect retroactively?) Update: Songs registered within about a month and a half (07/19/23). I'm impressed with their support- it is great 👍 I'm a small artist starting out essentially. Thank you

GBUseful, but requires more investment into support. SongTrust saves me a lot of time with registration and the platform is simple to use. (They do pay out, for anyone worried). I wish they were able to employ more people in their support department - I'm guessing the current team is swamped as I almost never get a response, which can be frustrating.

PTI am working with Songtrust since 2021… I am working with Songtrust since 2021 and they are formidable company. They collect all my mechanical royalties and update the report every quarter. They know accept wire transfers and you don't need to have a payoneer account anymore which is very good. I recommend this company

GBDespite them using the success of our… Despite Songtrst using the success of our track to market Songtrust on social media (we had a number one in the USA), we have not had a reply for well over 6 weeks about the tax docmentss being ignored, they ignore Twitter and Instagram messages (they follow me on both so they can see my messages). My tax document has sat doing nothing for over 2 months, and have not received my last payment either. Was also contacting them to suggest a wider catalogue deal but seems they don't want my business. What's the point in such an excellent product if you ignore your customers? I'm having to post here to try and get someone to please get in touch.
