I’ve also seen other people tweet to them about missing 4th quarter payments. This should not be happening with a credited company like this. And I’m still waiting for my payment it’s been a week already and no response

Your only option to seek help with your account is their online help request, to which they do not respond. Their "phone number" is simply an unattended voicemail, which suggests you use their online chat function to speak with someone. However, when you log into your account, there IS no chat function.

It's been nearly a month since I've been locked out of my account, and their customer service is utterly worthless. Despite their claims to contact them via the ticket service, their response time has been abysmal – over a month with no reply. Their conduct is nothing short of appalling, and they certainly don't merit anyone's hard-earned money
