Songtrust Thieves Songtrust, #Songliar #SongThieves, please be aware that your service is more than degraded. You sell and promise a referencing service for our productions with companies such as BMI, SACEM etc... yet you take more than 10 months to process even one track. In conclusion, you are engaging in misleading advertising. It would also be smart for you to respond to our customer complaints, which have gone unanswered for over 4 months. Sincerely, but firmly. One of your many dissatisfied customers, looking for a better competitor.

An Unfortunate Company Songtrust can best be described as an unfortunate company. There are plenty of "resources" out there hell bent on taking advantage of artists. I don't believe Songtrust does this intentionally or by design; it does so via neglect, poor management and woeful understaffing. You will wait for months on end to receive replies to customer service inquiries and when those replies come they will either be incomplete (at best) or lack of any good information at all. You will wait years on end for your tracks to be fully processed with PROs. You will be subject to a terrible user interface and a paltry website that does not function smoothly. What does function very well, however - is the collection of your sign up fee. That transaction will go very quickly and without incident. Perhaps the future will hold some restructuring for this company and it can be a useful entity for artists but as of now, I'd say avoid Songtrust. Save your money and save yourself some grief.

This publishing company is undoubtedly… This publishing company is undoubtedly the epitome of incompetence. If there were a negative rating option, I'd eagerly utilize it. It's been nearly a month since I've been locked out of my account, and their customer service is utterly worthless. Despite their claims to contact them via the ticket service, their response time has been abysmal – over a month with no reply. Their conduct is nothing short of appalling, and they certainly don't merit anyone's hard-earned money

Despite them using the success of our… Despite Songtrst using the success of our track to market Songtrust on social media (we had a number one in the USA), we have not had a reply for well over 6 weeks about the tax docmentss being ignored, they ignore Twitter and Instagram messages (they follow me on both so they can see my messages). My tax document has sat doing nothing for over 2 months, and have not received my last payment either. Was also contacting them to suggest a wider catalogue deal but seems they don't want my business. What's the point in such an excellent product if you ignore your customers? I'm having to post here to try and get someone to please get in touch.

Support has become unresponsive It's been 51-days on a question regarding content ID with YouTube and them. I understand "that some inquiries require involvement from other team members and stakeholders so they may take longer to resolve." But almost 2 months and no update? I'll give them credit for a 10-day follow email (which was most likely automated) "We assure you that we have received your inquiry and we are working to get back to you as quickly as possible.", but there's been nothing after that.
