I approached filling out my US taxes with trepidation knowing full well the complexities involved in getting them correct and accepted. I had never done my US taxes previously. Their guided software program made the task much easier and, it seems, the IRS has found no issues with the return. In addition, I probably saved myself $800 (including the cost of using the software) this year by doing it myself.

Fast & Easy, and good support! Very easy and I can do my taxes quite easily. This is the first year I've done an e-file. When my e-file was rejected the support team was very helpful and gave me a step-by-step guide to help me e-file them correctly.
