I've been struggling to use TurboTax… I've been struggling to use TurboTax for my tax filing in the UK for the past 15 years. Fast & Easy, and good support! Very easy and I can do my taxes quite easily. This is the first year I've done an e-file. When my e-file was rejected the support team was very helpful and gave me a step-by-step guide to help me e-file them correctly.

Best experience I’ve had with US taxes I have been filing US taxes from Canada for more than 40 years. I’ve done pen and paper returns, used accountants, and used other programs. ExpatFile was the easiest experience I’ve had by far. The questions are clear, and unlike other programs, they don’t leave the user to try to figure out how foreign data fits onto American forms! And you don’t need a U.S. billing address to pay.

Living in Australia for 10 years, I've tried to file through the normal services focus on residing US citizens but always found it wouldn't accept some aspect of my filing, like an error on the form due to my foreign husband's lack of a SSN.
