Update for 2024 tax refund Update for 2024 tax refund Not sure how to do an update so I am just writing another short review. I have already received my refund and is not even the end of April. I submitted a tax refund to turbo tax for what I think was the year 2020 or 2021 and still have not heard back. I will never use any other application again. I could not be happier!

Quick and stress-free process The whole process was quick and effective. Initially, I received the dreaded message "E-file rejected", and I immediately contacted support. Amy was super helpful and pointed out an error of mine. So I fixed it and the form was readily accepted. Next year, I am going to trust this platform again for my self-employment taxes.

I've been struggling to use TurboTax… I've been struggling to use TurboTax for my tax filing in the UK for the past 15 years. This is the first year I've been able to file electronically and it was such a breeze. I honestly enjoyed the process and I think it's quite reasonably priced. Really glad to have come across Expatfile.

Best experience I’ve had with US taxes I have been filing US taxes from Canada for more than 40 years. I’ve done pen and paper returns, used accountants, and used other programs. ExpatFile was the easiest experience I’ve had by far. The questions are clear, and unlike other programs, they don’t leave the user to try to figure out how foreign data fits onto American forms! And you don’t need a U.S. billing address to pay.
