Excellent Customer Service I used the APP to file my tax return, the APP is very easy to use, but I got stuck at E-Filing to IRS, with almost 10 repeated try, the Custom Service found that I have made a minor mistake in my birthday, I corrected and successfully got it E-Filed ! thanks to the very patient and good heart Max.

Straightforward system The system is simple and straightforward and I highly recommend! I found it a breath of fresh air in an otherwise stressful environment trying to be responsible about filing my taxes without forking over an arm and a leg in fees for a straightforward (one job overseas) type return. There are people available for questions via chat or email and I’ve found their response time and understanding of my questions to be five star as well. Thank you Expatfile!

I've been struggling to use TurboTax… I've been struggling to use TurboTax for my tax filing in the UK for the past 15 years. This is the first year I've been able to file electronically and it was such a breeze. I honestly enjoyed the process and I think it's quite reasonably priced. Really glad to have come across Expatfile.

They stand by their word They offered me a free tax return file for a mixup we had the previous year and they kept their word. Good service and very easy to use platform. Definitely recommend ExpatFile if you’re a digital nomad like myself.

This was amazingly easy with great customer service! This was amazingly easy after years of struggling to get Turbo Tax to understand the process of filing taxes in the US as someone living and working abroad and earning all their income abroad. After having a huge mistake made by Turbo Tax last year it was a relief to have another option to turn to and well worth the cost, and I got immediate assistance even on a weekend evening from customer service when I had trouble retrieving the correct data from my last return to e-file. Thanks for a great experience!
