To assure I would not sense being lost in a system I was given a direct email and a phone # to which I could call or text. It took some work to collect the correct data, but my facilitator was thorough, patient, and helpful, truly my advocate.

Everything was handled professionally with clear communication. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the turnaround time was a little slow. We needed to provide clarification on our pay data to reconcile with our 941 forms - this took extra time.

GBI think I got SCAMMED by ERC They became unresponsive. i have sent numerous emails (24) and left numerous voice mails (9). statrted the process in June 22023 and they said it would be 5 months to receive a check, then it went to 6 months and then 7 months. Now no one answers the phone or returns emails or messages. I may have been scammed...
