GBPossibly it is too soon to accurately… Possibly it is too soon to accurately answer this question. The issue is that today I received a rejection letter from the IRS, presumably at least in part because ERC is not currently eligible to practice before the IRS. Maybe you all can get this corrected but that is the status as of today.

GBI think I got SCAMMED by ERC They became unresponsive. i have sent numerous emails (24) and left numerous voice mails (9). statrted the process in June 22023 and they said it would be 5 months to receive a check, then it went to 6 months and then 7 months. Now no one answers the phone or returns emails or messages. I may have been scammed...

GBThank you You made the application process seamless for us. I was a little nervous in the beginning because I had read about so many scams related to the ERC program. It was refreshing to learn your service is legitimate. Jannela answered all of my questions in a timely manner and could not have been more professional and friendly. GBHelpful for our small church I did not know if our small church would qualify for this, but we kept our doors open for employees, even though we had services outside. With Consumer Tax Advocate's help, I gathered all the necessary documents and submitted them. Randy Phillips was very patient and helpful to me. I recommend this company. The only drawback was the time difference from the east to the west coast, so calls came in at late times after I was not longer at work.
