GBPossibly it is too soon to accurately… Possibly it is too soon to accurately answer this question. The issue is that today I received a rejection letter from the IRS, presumably at least in part because ERC is not currently eligible to practice before the IRS. Maybe you all can get this corrected but that is the status as of today.

GBI think I got SCAMMED by ERC They became unresponsive. i have sent numerous emails (24) and left numerous voice mails (9). statrted the process in June 22023 and they said it would be 5 months to receive a check, then it went to 6 months and then 7 months. Now no one answers the phone or returns emails or messages. I may have been scammed...

GBGreat service, handled professionally. The fact that this service exists is a gift -- we otherwise would not have had the expertise to make the necessary filings. Everything was handled professionally with clear communication. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the turnaround time was a little slow. We needed to provide clarification on our pay data to reconcile with our 941 forms - this took extra time.
