GBHelpful for our small church I did not know if our small church would qualify for this, but we kept our doors open for employees, even though we had services outside. With Consumer Tax Advocate's help, I gathered all the necessary documents and submitted them. Randy Phillips was very patient and helpful to me. I recommend this company. The only drawback was the time difference from the east to the west coast, so calls came in at late times after I was not longer at work.

Anyone who can stay professional before morning coffee and not hold it against you is a valuable employee. As for the process, it was quick & efficient, and communication has been excellent. GBI think I got SCAMMED by ERC They became unresponsive. i have sent numerous emails (24) and left numerous voice mails (9). statrted the process in June 22023 and they said it would be 5 months to receive a check, then it went to 6 months and then 7 months. Now no one answers the phone or returns emails or messages. I may have been scammed...
