GBPossibly it is too soon to accurately… Possibly it is too soon to accurately answer this question. The issue is that today I received a rejection letter from the IRS, presumably at least in part because ERC is not currently eligible to practice before the IRS. Maybe you all can get this corrected but that is the status as of today.

GBI think I got SCAMMED by ERC They became unresponsive. i have sent numerous emails (24) and left numerous voice mails (9). statrted the process in June 22023 and they said it would be 5 months to receive a check, then it went to 6 months and then 7 months. Now no one answers the phone or returns emails or messages. I may have been scammed...
