Everything was handled professionally with clear communication. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the turnaround time was a little slow. GBInitial contact was extremely helpful… Initial contact was extremely helpful and informative. Months later when trying to get an update I found the initial contractor's phone was disconnected. I found the companies main office number and left numerous messages which were never answered. Checks began arriving two days ago, but the amounts are all different than the 941's laid out. Also, amount sent is short. Attemoting now to contact someone for clarification.
