GBI think I got SCAMMED by ERC They became unresponsive. i have sent numerous emails (24) and left numerous voice mails (9). statrted the process in June 22023 and they said it would be 5 months to receive a check, then it went to 6 months and then 7 months. Now no one answers the phone or returns emails or messages. I may have been scammed...

Everything was handled professionally with clear communication. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the turnaround time was a little slow.
