To assure I would not sense being lost in a system I was given a direct email and a phone # to which I could call or text. It took some work to collect the correct data, but my facilitator was thorough, patient, and helpful, truly my advocate.

GBHelpful for our small church I did not know if our small church would qualify for this, but we kept our doors open for employees, even though we had services outside. With Consumer Tax Advocate's help, I gathered all the necessary documents and submitted them. Randy Phillips was very patient and helpful to me. I recommend this company. The only drawback was the time difference from the east to the west coast, so calls came in at late times after I was not longer at work.
