The issue is that today I received a rejection letter from the IRS, presumably at least in part because ERC is not currently eligible to practice before the IRS. Maybe you all can get this corrected but that is the status as of today.

GBI felt that my Consumer Tax Advocate facilitator was truly my advocate My Consumer Tax Advocate facilitator answered my phone call and carefully walked me through the process to confirm our qualification. To assure I would not sense being lost in a system I was given a direct email and a phone # to which I could call or text. It took some work to collect the correct data, but my facilitator was thorough, patient, and helpful, truly my advocate.

GBGreat service, handled professionally. The fact that this service exists is a gift -- we otherwise would not have had the expertise to make the necessary filings. Everything was handled professionally with clear communication. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the turnaround time was a little slow. We needed to provide clarification on our pay data to reconcile with our 941 forms - this took extra time.
