GBA pleasure to work with Ty was a pleasure to work with, even after the boss here unknowingly called him at 5:00am Ty's time, making a lasting impression. Anyone who can stay professional before morning coffee and not hold it against you is a valuable employee. As for the process, it was quick & efficient, and communication has been excellent. GBInitial contact was extremely helpful… Initial contact was extremely helpful and informative. Months later when trying to get an update I found the initial contractor's phone was disconnected. I found the companies main office number and left numerous messages which were never answered. Checks began arriving two days ago, but the amounts are all different than the 941's laid out. Also, amount sent is short. Attemoting now to contact someone for clarification.

GBI think I got SCAMMED by ERC They became unresponsive. i have sent numerous emails (24) and left numerous voice mails (9). statrted the process in June 22023 and they said it would be 5 months to receive a check, then it went to 6 months and then 7 months. Now no one answers the phone or returns emails or messages. I may have been scammed...
