Everything was handled professionally with clear communication. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the turnaround time was a little slow. To assure I would not sense being lost in a system I was given a direct email and a phone # to which I could call or text. It took some work to collect the correct data, but my facilitator was thorough, patient, and helpful, truly my advocate.
