I have used Tax Slayer for over 10… I have used Tax Slayer for over 10 years now. I like the guided tax forms, it helps me to navigate and provides the ease of filing. However, price is getting more expensive and when there's an errors it does not take me to the schedule that needs correction. Using the help didn't help either. I like to see these be directive.

Glad I Found TaxSlayer Glad I Found TaxSlayer! I wasn't confident as the software was leading me through entering my information, but when I saw the results I was totally impressed. A much more through job than I'm capable of. Money well spent.

Prompted steps are easy to follow It was easy and felt comprehensive to go through the steps this year. I remember it being more difficult last year but the process has either been improved or I simply found it easier to follow this time. My one issue is that I wanted to double check the amounts I had put in for my state taxes and I didn't find an easy way to go back to do that.

Fairly straight forward in completing… Fairly straight forward in completing the 1040. I do wish that you could have support BEFORE starting the form with any questions you may have relating tom its completion. I could not navigate to purchase BEFORE starting the process and would purchase before if available and then I could speak to a rep regarding questions I may have.

Filing status and 1095-C I found the head of household vs. individual filing relativ to my son's 1095-C form very confusing. In the end my son made an appointment for his taxes with H&R Block and they did his and indicated I should no longer file as head of household but as single, which I did and my tax liability increased dramatically. The rules around these 2 issues are confusing and I didn't feel your program gave me any help in this regard.
