Glad I Found TaxSlayer Glad I Found TaxSlayer! I wasn't confident as the software was leading me through entering my information, but when I saw the results I was totally impressed. A much more through job than I'm capable of. Money well spent.

Sneaky charges The service worked well enough and was easy to use but the sneaky charges are a big problem! I was not informed until I had already completed my taxes that there were aspects of my tax return that required I pay a fee. I thought taxslayer was better than Intuit in terms of being transparent about fees but it turns out tax slayer does the same sneaky stuff.

I have used Tax Slayer for over 10… I have used Tax Slayer for over 10 years now. I like the guided tax forms, it helps me to navigate and provides the ease of filing. However, price is getting more expensive and when there's an errors it does not take me to the schedule that needs correction. Using the help didn't help either. I like to see these be directive.

Great navigator tool. What made my experience great was the application easy to navigate, The on screen boxes/windows are conveniently posted to guide users through each of the required tax sessions. I am very fortunate to have this tool available for a person without training about taxes and not a lot of money to pay a tax preparer. Thank you AARP for the volunteers, who help those of us that need assistance. ( my person was not able to be reached this year-so I was on my own,)

Fairly easy to negotiate! Fairly easy to negotiate through each area. Some places need to be explained in a more simple way but all in all I could finally get the answers I needed.
