If you want to get the feeling of being extorted for your money and being left with a complete waste of your time by all means engage the services of this company but if you look at my past reviews you can't say you were not warned.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Hector Marquez is rude, I have questions about my current taxes. He just wants to get me off the call but luckily after I probe more I come to find out theres a tax form I personally needed to file and he would've never mentioned it had I not probed. Mind you, today is the day after the tax cut off date. We had previously spoken about the current taxes and never was I advised I needed to file this form. After I explain this to him how I shouldnt have to probe like this for important info on what I needed to do, he advised me Optima May not be the company for me so to look for another conpany. Apparently asking questions is not acceptable, no matter the deadlines that are missed.

Optima Tax took over $8000 from my 74… Optima Tax took over $8000 from my 74 year old father and strung him along with barely any communication for 15 MONTHS ! As of yesterday they called to tell him THEY GOT NOTHING in relief. In this time he was assessed ADDITIONAL penalties and interest. They REFUSE to refund him ANY $$$ and he still owes MORE now than he did. Do NOT TRUST this company and their FOREIGN call centers who know NOTHING of tax code!!! I wished my Dad would have told me sooner as I could have negotiated something for him on my own. We will be moving forward with a complaint to ATTORNEY general along with other means to recoup his funds. SHAME SHAME ON YOU OPTIMA for taking advantage of people. These positive reviews are bull!!! Planted. I will not stop until he is refunded. We will also be joining any and every class action along with retaining a real attorney to sue for further damages. See you in court you shysters !!!
