USI think you have good people working… I think you have good people working for you and have always been very polite and helpful. Where I think you can improve is with letting your clients know when documents have been received especially for the signed tax forms. It wasn’t until I called in to verify that you received them. It would be easier for all involved if in portal this would be noted when documents received. Other than that all has been great.
