This is the worse company and have… This is the worse company and have unmatured people providing any services. They deleted more than 2000 payments from my system and now I am stuck with no support. Stay away from the fraud.

A less than ideal experience with Paro I chose to work with Paro because I hoped to find a platform that would make it easier, more comfortable, and more effective for filing taxes. I wanted to be able to ask questions and get answers. It was my goal to avoid filing an extension. While the onboarding process was clear and easy, the execution of the work was incredibly difficult: - I rarely (if ever) heard from my account manager - my questions weren't answered - decisions were made without my consent - we filed an extension for reasons I later found out weren't true While my taxes did ultimately get filed, this process was a bit of a nightmare.

Sketchy Controller Work I've been working with a controller via Paro since Summer 2023. I paid a $3500 "clean up" charge to get my books in order and pay monthly for basic bookkeeping. My bookkeeper changed January 1st and barely logged into Quickbooks & provided no updated financial reports for all of Q1. Once we finally connected to try to correct the lapse in work, she told me it was her predecessor who did the bookkeeping wrong and therefore there was many miscategorizations back through 2023. Paro has NOT been responsive since my first formal complaint mid-March. There has been no real insight into what happened and now I'm just fighting to end my account and get a refund. Zero stars, if it were possible, mostly because for a highly funded company, their customer service blows.
