Best thing EVER! Words cannot describe LaQuanna and her team of professionals at Omni. When things got out of control and felt that there was no one to turn too or even trust, we were approach by her organization to solve our tax issue with the IRS. Just the ease of not dealing with the IRS personally on a 1-on-1 basis, they took charge of our situation. Hand your troubles over to Omni! We had been bombarded by companies via phone and mail that claimed they could resolve our tax situation. After finally giving Omni a few minutes to explain the process and what they could do to assist, I knew that I couldn't continue to deal with the IRS alone. They helped us with 2 issues and although the abatement wasn't what we had hoped for, they did exactly what they said they would do. I always had updates/communication with Crystal and/or Jennifer and they were tenacious when COVID unexpectedly delayed the process.
