Hand your troubles over to Omni! We had been bombarded by companies via phone and mail that claimed they could resolve our tax situation. After finally giving Omni a few minutes to explain the process and what they could do to assist, I knew that I couldn't continue to deal with the IRS alone. They helped us with 2 issues and although the abatement wasn't what we had hoped for, they did exactly what they said they would do.
