She take her time going through my complicated crypto transactions and is very helpful when asked questions by my external accountants (even on weekends). I LOVE THIS LIFE SAVING TAX SOFTWARE!! Aloha, my name is Brian and i have used Token Tax software every year since 2017 to present 2023 years tax preperation to create my 8949 for my cpa. The software at Token Tax allows you to grab your own data from your own sites that you have done crypto business with and upload it so let their software to take care of it for you. BUT THE BEST PART OF THE TOKEN TAX IS their SUPPORT TEAM who keeps in contact with you if something looks odd or when you need help with your 8949 prep. They Demi, Kerri, Emma, and Vincent, and of coarse the CSV team are sooo Helpful and cheerful i dont know how they do it!! ask for help and they dive into it for you!! it doesnt matter if your a beginner or a novice you need help and Token Tax software AND support is always there for me!! I LOVE THEM AND I AM a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!
