Super helpful and no complaints! Due to bridging across multiple chains many of my transactions were not being properly calculated. Kerri and the tokentax were very helpful in guiding how these transactions should be calculated in order to fix the missing cost basis.

I LOVE THIS LIFE SAVING TAX SOFTWARE!! Aloha, my name is Brian and i have used Token Tax software every year since 2017 to present 2023 years tax preperation to create my 8949 for my cpa. The software at Token Tax allows you to grab your own data from your own sites that you have done crypto business with and upload it so let their software to take care of it for you. BUT THE BEST PART OF THE TOKEN TAX IS their SUPPORT TEAM who keeps in contact with you if something looks odd or when you need help with your 8949 prep. They Demi, Kerri, Emma, and Vincent, and of coarse the CSV team are sooo Helpful and cheerful i dont know how they do it!! ask for help and they dive into it for you!! it doesnt matter if your a beginner or a novice you need help and Token Tax software AND support is always there for me!! I LOVE THEM AND I AM a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

Software is solid, love their customer support! I like their software. It can't do everything automatically yet, but it's very good at the fundamentals. From there you can work out how edit the transactions that need to be edited on your own and with the help of the customer support team. I worked with Kerri this year, who did an amazing job at digging into my issues and fixing a large number of transactions for me. This was all done on the Premium Plan, so there are higher levels of service where they do all the tedious work for you. Looking forward to next year!

10/10 would file again Tokentax has done my taxes for 4 years, starting in 2020. You can verify by checking Twitter for their @ and mine, cryptohydrate. Tokentax is focused on helping you avoid painful audits and on teaching you how taxes work. They give you options so you’re an active participant in your taxes. They also caution you from making common mistakes. I have them do my full return. One of their accountants, Steve C, is particularly professional and punctual. He writes extremely clear messages about what is needed from you, follows up frequently, and applies the perfect amount of pressure to get things done.
