It began with Bernice, who was very professional with her great listening skills, she asked questions I would not have known to divulge (Thank you, Bernice!), and ended with Jornan (I tip my hat to you, sir!), who was just as great and professional. They are exactly who they advertise they are, and did exactly what they said they would do. I could not be more happy with all of them, from digging for the right information, to prompt follow up and follow-thru. The end result is that they made me whole with the my tax debt, and I could not be happier. Innovative is with well worth the effort they put into making customers like me a referral engine.

They obviously have some backdoor channels to the IRS, making a phone call and removing some of the penalties that had been levied.
