Truly an Amazing Company I was in a bit of a tax mess after not filing for a number of years, and i worked with TaxQuotes to get it figured out. Tyrone did an amazing job with the onboarding process, and Mitch was a fantastic tax preparer. They were understanding, patient, and so easy to work with. What looked like it was going to be a major problem was resolved in less than a year, ending with a zero balance with the IRS, and I actually ended up getting some refunds which meant I finished the process in the black, even with what I paid TaxQuotes for their services. We will be continuing to use them for our regular tax preparation moving forward.

Great customer service TaxQuote helped me greatly. They explained everything worked out payment plan while they were working on my case. $3300 for back taxes filing $3300 for 2 years back taxes filing. I’d of payed 4K tbh. The reason people seek the help is to save $$ on back taxes. Outcome:”ZERO” dollars saved. Simply money spent to work out a payment plan. I’m unsure how people keep paying them when the advertisement is about saving money and not going to the IRS alone. My case was not special, and I know better than to lie on a law firm… it’s taxes and nothing that reached court or check garnishment. Just cannot recommend. In addition the follow up is non existent.
