Five stars I put off dealing with my tax situation for few years. Dealing with back taxes is extremely frustrating and after many sleepless nights, I went online to look for a company to assist me with my tax issues. After reading many reviews, I decided to contact Anthem Tax Services and I am so glad I did. My phone call was answered by Eric Hanna and after he gathered enough information to have an understanding of my situation, we proceeded with the enrollment process. Eric Hanna walked me thru the process with patience and without judgement. My decision to hire Anthem Tax Services was made solely based on how well and relieved, Eric made me feel on that first phone call. I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Eric Hanna, he has been there every step of the way thru phase one. Eric called the IRS and Franchisee Tax Board with me on the phone for a compliance call and was able to put a stop on the collection notices from the IRS and a modification of the wage garnishment from California Franchise Tax Board. Eric is always a text or phone call away, he and his team of professionals have made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Anthem Tax Services to anyone that is dealing with a similar situation and especially I would recommend Eric Hanna. I would give more starts if it were allowed.

Inadequate explanation of procedures, exorbitant fees, lack of adequate resolution,  terrible customer service I regret ever hiring Anthem tax services. I spent a large sum for their services to resolve an issue with back taxes. I told the company I would need them to walk me through the process and keep me updated during their attempt to resolve my tax issues. However, Anthem did not regularly stay in contact with me. I had to reach out to them many times to get answers. Their answers were rushed and generalized. There were months when I didn't hear from them. Ultimately, they did nothing that I could not have done by myself. Stay away from this company.

I owed over 50,000 in back taxes … I owed over 50,000 in back taxes Patty Cuilty and Adam Lopez was with me every part of the way, I was on a installment plan with the IRS and after talking with Patty and Adam they suggested an Offer in Compromise with the IRS.I had my doubts! after filling out numerous paperwork and sending all the needed Receipts and information requested the IRS accepted our offer and I settled for 500 dollars, which I paid off March 11th, 2024.All I can say is Patience is a virtue! Patty kept me informed. with monthly phone calls and Adam working his magic behind the scenes as my Tax Account Expert granted there was a fee for services rendered but it was a lot cheaper than owing the IRS 50,000 and you can work out long term payment plans with them. I highly recommend Anthem Tax Services for your tax needs. There were times I thought. What is taking so long? but if you hang in their Anthem Tax Services will deliver and finally you can get your life back.

Paid ATR over 10k only to be chewed out… Paid ATR over 10k only to be chewed out from a rep for not getting 6 years of receipts together in a timely fashion.(I received the call when my husband was in ccicu.) The tax preparer Satar was rude, wouldn’t listen, would not file an extension for the current tax year as I tried to explain he needed to wait for the transcripts. They did nothing after the filing. Now they want more money to make me compliant.?. I have been talked down to, belittled almost causing anxiety attacks. I’m loosing my home cause I can’t refi my mortgage cause of the tax liens. I can’t file for bankruptcy because I’m not current with my tax filing. When are these people going to be stopped!?!?

IRS said I owed over $37,000 for three… IRS said I owed over $37,000 for three tax years. Yet, we paid every year. Tried writing letters, calling and no one responded. Called Brandon Davis at Anthem Tax Services. He got us on the phone with the IRS. Turns out our payments were not applied to the tax years and we’re sitting in a holding account no one told us about. Thanks to Brandon’s expertise and knowledge, all was fixed and while we still owe, it is $8,000 compared to $37,000. I highly recommend Anthem Tax Services and Brandon Davis, specifically. What a Christmas gift!
