I have talked to several Community Tax and feel I have a plan to deal with my IRS debt. I have talked to several Community Tax associates this past week. All of them have been courteous, knowledgeable and dedicated to making the solutions to my current tax problem easy to understand. Today I spoke with my new case manager, Audrey Rizzo, for about 45 minutes. She spelled out the next steps in my effort to reach an agreement with the IRS. She was courteous, clear and took pains to make sure I understood everything. I feel like I have a plan going forward and I know what to expect. Thank you Audrey.

Community Tax Community Tax, specifically, Carmen Naj, Julio Martin and Khoa Lam has done an exceptional job on my behalf with the IRS. They have exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them! Thank you so very much!! Donna

If I could do ZERO I would If I could do ZERO I would! If you have more than 2 years back taxes…oh my god! You will have about 5 ppl to deal with. Know one knows what the other is doing! And after every 1000’s calls…they say “call us back if you have more questions”… a week to get a call back. They also do not help with State taxes! They don’t tell you that! There shady system is too send in a very very low resolution —as low as $10.00 to pay a $20k debt…..to pay for 10 years….YES!!! They want to drag your back taxes on and until the 10 year statue of limits drop off. And they are unbelievably unbelievably over priced and expensive!!! Please do not use this service!!!!! We began with them over a year ago and they just told me the resolution they presented to the IRS was declined! In the meantime, the State froze our account! Terrible service. Basically we paid over $5000 to get our back taxes done, amounting to approximately $1000 for each year. March 2024 Update: I would like to mention Mr. Marco Jacome, he is the Customer Service Rep with CommTaxes. He listened patiently to my concerns and made a few adjustments to help me out. I will recommend that if you decide to use this service, which I still do not recommend, please reach out to him IMMEDIATELY. with your concerns. Thank you Marco! I wish he owned his own Tax Company because he is awesome!!!

Many thanks to Teri Pepitone Wilson Teri Pepitone Wilson was so clear, calm and succinct. She explained a very troubling situation in a way that kept me calm. It was an extremely difficult situation for me and she kept me calm. She communicated throughout her efforts to find answers in a timely manner. She never sugarcoated, but again the fact that she was calm and clear, made it much easier for me to approach the situation without feeling overwhelmed, or being treated in a dismissive manner. Her kindness might mean little to someone else but to me, it meant the world.
