Worth Every Penny Had some issues over the years with employment and some other personal matters resulting in years of unfiled taxes. I was sure that I would owe about 25K once filed. The fee sounded costly initially but now looking back after everything has been resolved with the IRS - the value is undeniable. Thanks Beatriz for being on top of everything. I have talked to several Community Tax and feel I have a plan to deal with my IRS debt. I have talked to several Community Tax associates this past week. All of them have been courteous, knowledgeable and dedicated to making the solutions to my current tax problem easy to understand. Today I spoke with my new case manager, Audrey Rizzo, for about 45 minutes. She spelled out the next steps in my effort to reach an agreement with the IRS. She was courteous, clear and took pains to make sure I understood everything. I feel like I have a plan going forward and I know what to expect. Thank you Audrey.
