It was an extremely difficult situation for me and she kept me calm. She communicated throughout her efforts to find answers in a timely manner. She never sugarcoated, but again the fact that she was calm and clear, made it much easier for me to approach the situation without feeling overwhelmed, or being treated in a dismissive manner. Her kindness might mean little to someone else but to me, it meant the world.

Worth Every Penny Had some issues over the years with employment and some other personal matters resulting in years of unfiled taxes. I was sure that I would owe about 25K once filed.
