Overall being in debt is nerve wracking itself , however this by far has been a five star experience. Thank you for easing my mind and settling my tax debt. I highly recommend this for anyone who is in need .

It was an extremely difficult situation for me and she kept me calm. She communicated throughout her efforts to find answers in a timely manner. She never sugarcoated, but again the fact that she was calm and clear, made it much easier for me to approach the situation without feeling overwhelmed, or being treated in a dismissive manner. Her kindness might mean little to someone else but to me, it meant the world.

I have talked to several Community Tax and feel I have a plan to deal with my IRS debt. I have talked to several Community Tax associates this past week. All of them have been courteous, knowledgeable and dedicated to making the solutions to my current tax problem easy to understand. Today I spoke with my new case manager, Audrey Rizzo, for about 45 minutes. She spelled out the next steps in my effort to reach an agreement with the IRS. She was courteous, clear and took pains to make sure I understood everything. I feel like I have a plan going forward and I know what to expect. Thank you Audrey.
