Very disappointed When you call, you speak with a sales associate who makes some big promises that aren’t necessarily delivered. If I just downloaded the payment installment form from the IRS, I could have saved 4k, because they did not save me the money promised. I was told by sales that it would even out and I would save about 4k to even out. They make these promises without looking at your case. Once you retain them, the accountant is much more realistic. I wasted 4k that could have gone towards my IRS debt.
