The other situation - refund of Social Security and Medicare Tax, was in handled through a couple of meetings. Before we met he asked questions by email to ensure his services were needed and then outlined what I needed to ensure our meeting was productive and informative. He walked me through the legal situation, ran through two possible solutions and clearly outlined supporting documentation needs for each solution.
