I've been with this team for several… I've been with this team for several years now and they're great. Started out with simple personal stuff and then added my business. I've never had a problem and don't really have to think about things that they're doing, that way I can focus on growing my business. I never have to wait to get a response and it's peace of mind knowing that they're doing a professional and thorough job with my best interests.

I have used a lot of Accounting firms… I have used a lot of Accounting firms throughout the years and I find Halon Tax to be an example of what the profession should be. Most of my colleagues have switched to Halon Tax. The portal is very easy to use to import documents, ask a question, and in receiving monthly statements. I have been with them for over 5 years and will not be going anywhere.

Poor communication Poor communication. It took me three months to prove I paid for my taxes to be completed. They failed to let me know the extension deadline. Really poor service overall. Oh and did I mention they collected $1800 and never filed my taxes. I highly recommend against hiring this service. Save money and get your taxes completed by going elsewhere.
