Poor communication Poor communication. It took me three months to prove I paid for my taxes to be completed. They failed to let me know the extension deadline. Really poor service overall. Oh and did I mention they collected $1800 and never filed my taxes. I highly recommend against hiring this service. Save money and get your taxes completed by going elsewhere.

Unfortunately my tax forms were not filled out correctly, information was left out, and I had to hire a different accountant to take care of the mess. Not only I had lots of work to re-do but I wasted all my money by using this company. Do not recommend - you’re better off by using turbo tax.
