From the initial call they were very clear/concise with what I had ahead of me and set clear expectations which helped calm my nerves. Random Call From Heaven This company was a savior for me. I was trying to deal with my IRS situation on my own and also a personal accountant. Then I got a call randomly from BC Tax. I usually do not give phone sales call a chance but I decided to after talking to the nice man on the phone who gave me an update on my case. It was really amazing and then I decided to go with them. They were very professional and provided above and beyond what I could ever imagine. Long story short, my tax situation got resolved 100%. My tax problems sorted When I first contacted BC Tax, I was a little hesitant about working with them. Their prices were slightly higher than some of the other quotes I had received, and they weren't completely confident about my transcript protest. Nevertheless, I decided to work with them because of the experience they brought to the table. I'm glad I did. They were able to sort through and compile my tax transcripts to prove that my tax balance was higher than it was supposed to be.
