I truly cant say enough good things… I truly cant say enough good things about my experience with BC Tax. From the initial call they were very clear/concise with what I had ahead of me and set clear expectations which helped calm my nerves. I really felt like I had a team of people helping me - and they were all on the same page. They cleared up something which had been hanging over my head for several years - IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS!!! Don't walk run from this company this… Don't walk run from this company this company is a joke will get you in more trouble with the IRS than you are already in. I was in an installment agreement an they got a federal lien put against me. then had someone from their office call to get hire to take it off . what a joke. I tell you they are a scam that is why I am telling you they without information until they have caused you damage so don't walk " RUN" away from them.

What impressed me was the outstanding … What impressed me was the outstanding customer service and overabundance of attention to detail. In a world where going the extra mile and getting the personal touch fades as society becomes engrossed with technology and were the art of communicating on the phone is placed second. BC Tax makes you feel like their most important client. Not to mention, I saved THOUSANDS.

Everyone has to do their part.. Take note: when you work with these guys, they do their part, but you have to do your part, as well. They are ethical and will expect the same of you. Knowing I could count on BC Tax and their expertise freed me from much anxiety and made it possible for me to apply my energies productively. My health is now great and my business is thriving, too.
