From the initial call they were very clear/concise with what I had ahead of me and set clear expectations which helped calm my nerves. I really felt like I had a team of people helping me - and they were all on the same page. They cleared up something which had been hanging over my head for several years - IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS!!! WHEN you choose BC TAX, have your documents (Bank statements, income information, etc...) ready for them or be willing to get them the information they need quickly - this will help them help you!!!.
