GBTerrible customer service/ misleading website The representative I spoke to was rude and kept trying to cut me off while I was trying to explain my case. They should make it plain on their website that they can only help you if you owe over $2500. In addition, the rep assumed he knew the answers instead of listening to me. He only offered “advice” for federal tax when I mentioned numerous times that I was calling about state income tax. Not a good business to trust if they don’t even listen to what you have to say.

GBSo very helpful and tenacious Omni financial and its employees helped me through a multi year multi issue IRS issue that was very complex. Noah McGraw with Omni was phenomenal. He was very informative on the complex issues and honest. He posed the best course of actions to being my tax issues to an ultimate resolution. Omni took so much stress and uncertainty off my shoulders making my life so much better.

GBi had paid fees to Omni financial for … i had paid fees to Omni financial for service,i am so much dis appointed that i called and e mail 5 times but no respond,once they got money this is how behavior ,now i don" t know what to do ? omni financial advertise for tax problem but when time is here for help.? this is not professional

GBI have had a positive experience… I have had a positive experience working with Omni. They aren't cheap but have been extremely professional, kept me well informed and take their work serious. I was worried working with a company like theirs at first. So many companies telling me they can deliver miracles and just wipe out tax debt. While Omni doesn't perform magic, Cheryl and Rob have made a difference and brought me much peace to my life.

GBThey Know The System Too Well This company knows the system very well. Hired them 11/2016 and Fired them 07/2020. Numerous employees worked on our file. Numerous billings for the same work. No Resolution. Check BBB site and Colorado Department of Consumer Law. Read the Assurance they have with Colorado. There's the experience you'll get with them. Good Luck
