Terrible customer service/ misleading website The representative I spoke to was rude and kept trying to cut me off while I was trying to explain my case. They should make it plain on their website that they can only help you if you owe over $2500. In addition, the rep assumed he knew the answers instead of listening to me. He only offered “advice” for federal tax when I mentioned numerous times that I was calling about state income tax. Not a good business to trust if they don’t even listen to what you have to say.

Exceptional for multiple engagements We hired Omni to resolve a large tax bill for several prior years. They did an exceptional, professional job of maintaining communication with both of us and the IRS. The resolution was smart and beneficial. Shortly thereafter a state issue came up. We were not able to resolve it ourselves and Omni resolved it perfectly and quickly. They are professional, credible, fair, good at what they do.
