Not a Reputable Company Worst experience with an American company. I definitely do not recommend Heartland Tax Solutions to anyone. My opinion Heartland tax in Denver are not a reputable tax company. Employees Todd Hamilton, Leslie Spires blatantly lied to me taking funds with no intention of helping me. My opinion Heartland Tax Solutions should be investigated by BBB and the American government. It is a disgrace certain American businesses example Heartland tax are allowed to operate ruining the reputation of a great country. Again my opinion My opinion Heartland tax solutions act on the fine line of criminal activity. Ex-Heartland Tax Solution employees told me to stay away, they are not a reputable company, worst company they worked for have and realistically have no intention of resolving cases and lie to many clients.

My case has been going on over 2 years… Remember the positive reviews for Heartland can be written by Heartland. This review is a honest opinion from dealing with this company. After two years of reaching out to HEARTLAND TAX NON SOLUTION my tax situation is still in the same condition. I'm just $2200 broker. AND YES I USED THE WORD BROKER! A year in a half into my case and FINALLY being able to reach someone I was told "what we are doing is trying to let time pass by so HOPEFULLY some of my older years of debt would disappear" I finally decided to reach out to the IRS myself and asked for my last deposit of $750 back from the last $1500 they asked out of me, as they had not done anything further on my behalf. Have not been able to contact anyone from HEARTLAND NON SOLUTION or heard anything back from HEARTLAND NON SOLUTION. DO yourself a favor!!! I know dealing with the IRS can be scary and intimidating.... This is what companies like HEARTLAND NON SULUTION prey on! All the money you lose dealing with companies like this could have been a deposit on what is owed to the IRS, and setting up you own payment plan with the IRS. Companies like this are not doing anything you can't do yourself. Don't learn this the hard way as I did. I hope this review helps someone. I will give this until the end of the week, before I spend at least 1 hour a day on every social media site I can thing telling of my negative experience with Heartland.
