They were able to help me file my tax return and understand how to plan during the year to avoid penalties and reinvest money back into my investment property to optimize my taxes and reduce the amount I'd pay on rental income. I panic at first when I got the letter, but once I read their article and met witth them on video chat I felt a lot better. Sean helped me undertand the reason I got the notice, helped me gather all of the documents, drafted a response letter, and sent it. The IRS canceled the proposed amount they said I owed. Really happy with how everything went and that I didn't pay the amount the IRS said I owed in the letter. Now, I'm working with Sean on all of my future tax returns so I don't get in this situation again with my rental property.
