My tax burden sat massively over me and new circumstances forced me to take action, but I had no resources other than an 800 number on my workplace refrigerator under “Tax Relief Hotline.” From that call I spoke with Alexa Forbes, who immediately placed us in contact with the IRS and we got the ball rolling. Since then, Alexa and the entire signature Tax team – with whom I would have regular contact through the many months of gathering, filing, and completing all the necessary steps – helped me stay on top of this significant undertaking and helped me stay motivated to complete what documents I had to so I could best help THEM help ME. I went from “I have to do something” and an unidentified phone number to (what will soon be a) full resolution for my outstanding federal and state taxes SOLELY as a result of Alexa and Signature Tax walking just ahead of me, guiding the way, and offering nothing but accessibility, patience, motivation, professional efficiency, and compassion. I am free! I do not know where we would be without Signature Tax. We are extremely satisfied with our results, so much so we are writing this review just after hanging up from the guys over at Signature Tax with our final outcome! The team at Signature were more than helpful with their knowledge, kindness, and professionalism, even though we sometimes got impatient with the hold up with the IRS response time. Beware of Signature Tax Service!! I employed Signature Tax Services about a month ago and so far all that has happened is them taking my money! They claim to have gotten 3 tax returns done and sent for my signature by priority mail and over a week latter I have received nothing. When I called to check on it, I got no answer rother than that they would check on it! From day one, they have been non productive and I have called several times to speak to someone with this company that has some authority to give me some correct information about my case. As of this date(July 22,2018 I have not been able to speak to the tax attorney because they say he is to busy working on an audit! I was supposed to have a phone call set up Thursday of last week but of course that nrver happened!! At this point, I would just like to have my money back so that I could try to find another company that does what they say they will do!
