GBLiars and Crooks My husband and I were trying to sell our house as we were in the process of building a new one. We knew that there was a lien on our current home because of my husband's past tax issues. We were referred to Signature Tax Service and decided to give it a try. First we spoke to Alexa. She was kind, considerate, and thoughtful. She asked, "If it costs you $2,000 to get all of this fixed, would you do it?" The second phone call was with a very brash, rude, pushy man who would not let my husband or me get a word in. "Do you want the lien off your house or do you want 'it' resolved?" "Both," was our response. "$1,950." Did we get this in writing? Nope! Using fear tactics of saying things like: the IRS has you in collections; they could come after your house right now; they could garnish your wages, they'll take the money out of your closing, etc. All we wanted was to sell our house. We sheepishly read off our credit card number. Eleven days later (yes, I counted and have the statement to prove it), they came back to us and needed more money. This time they wanted $1,500 and allegedly it was to "keep the lien off the house." The same day we provided the $1,500 is the same day they came back to use with a payment plan to the IRS. The plan was this: pay the IRS $320 for 3 months and they (Signature Tax) would keep the lien off the house. Sounds good, right? Lien is removed. We sold our house. Three months go by. We have paid all three payments of $320. Guess who calls? Signature Tax! Oh and by the way, we have to KEEP making payments to the IRS until March. So why are we upset? 1) Lied about the first amount being the ONLY amount we'd have to pay them. 2) Never provided anything in writing to us about our agreement. It was all verbal. 3) Never made themselves available via phone after we paid the money. 4) Lied about the payment plan to the IRS. 5) Now they are sending me some legal letter for us to sign so that they are covered. 6) The man that called my husband and claimed to be the owner is the rudest person and it's a shame that he would speak to a customer that way. They used fear tactics every step of the way. They are crooks and liars.

GBBest Tax Preparation The Signature Tax experts did a great job working with me on my tax returns. They went through my tax organizers proactively and advised me of allowable business expenses and personal deductions that my previous tax preparers had missed. I wound up with State and IRS refunds beyond my expectations. I am very appreciative of their expertise.

GBI am free! I do not know where we would be without Signature Tax. We are extremely satisfied with our results, so much so we are writing this review just after hanging up from the guys over at Signature Tax with our final outcome! The team at Signature were more than helpful with their knowledge, kindness, and professionalism, even though we sometimes got impatient with the hold up with the IRS response time. Sorry guys :) From the beginning the laid out a strategy and improved upon it as we neared the finish line of our IRS issue. I would definitely, definitely recommend Signature Tax to anybody who is experiencing stress because of the IRS.

GBBeware of Signature Tax Service!! I employed Signature Tax Services about a month ago and so far all that has happened is them taking my money! They claim to have gotten 3 tax returns done and sent for my signature by priority mail and over a week latter I have received nothing. When I called to check on it, I got no answer rother than that they would check on it! From day one, they have been non productive and I have called several times to speak to someone with this company that has some authority to give me some correct information about my case. As of this date(July 22,2018 I have not been able to speak to the tax attorney because they say he is to busy working on an audit! I was supposed to have a phone call set up Thursday of last week but of course that nrver happened!! At this point, I would just like to have my money back so that I could try to find another company that does what they say they will do!

GBA Pleasant Surprise!! I received a letter from the Irs a month ago stating I owe a little over 7,000 and as I shopped around online for different companies I had a feeling of distrust and negative attitude with most of the people I talked with. But when I spoke with a consultant at Signature Tax about my problem, I was surprised they immediately called the Irs and began helping me decide between the different options I had in order to resolve my problem. Highly respectful and knowledgeable....I'm happy that they are currently MY RELIEF to my tax pain. :-)
