Beware of Signature Tax Service!! I employed Signature Tax Services about a month ago and so far all that has happened is them taking my money! They claim to have gotten 3 tax returns done and sent for my signature by priority mail and over a week latter I have received nothing. When I called to check on it, I got no answer rother than that they would check on it! From day one, they have been non productive and I have called several times to speak to someone with this company that has some authority to give me some correct information about my case. As of this date(July 22,2018 I have not been able to speak to the tax attorney because they say he is to busy working on an audit! I was supposed to have a phone call set up Thursday of last week but of course that nrver happened!! At this point, I would just like to have my money back so that I could try to find another company that does what they say they will do!

Outstanding service above and beyond I felt really comfortable speaking to them compared to other companies i found on the internet. They took immediate action and called the IRS with me. I really appreciate their help and strongly recommend them
