I have turned to Stephen and The W Tax Group several times over the past few years for help... For the past few years, Stephen and The W Tax Group has helped me with fixing several serious tax problems , dealing with the IRS and filing my family's annual returns. Poor communication, lost documents I have been dealing with Yvonne since the beginning of our journey. She never calls in a timely manner and/or when she says she will. I provided all the W-2’s that she requested on June 8. When I emailed on July 6 to get an update on my case, I received an email from Jaime a CPA who said he was just waiting on our W-2’s. I forwarded him the SAME PDF file that I had provided Yvonne in June and also sent him a copy of the email that Yvonne had sent me acknowledging that she had received our W-2’s. There’s a serious breakdown in communication somewhere. But they’re certainly taking their payments out in a timely manner. So far, I am not impressed in the least with the (lack of) service I’m getting.
