Can I give 6 stars?! Robert Moody of Pheonix Financial has helped me with two separate issues and is kind, courteous, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone. He and his assistant "held my hand" and helped me get a payment plan that I could afford and then when I missed a deadline of filing w-2s that my payroll company was supposed to have filed, he helped me get the civil penalty abated.

Wow....what a relief!! The IRS kept transferring me around and I never seemed to get anywhere, meanwhile the penalties and interest kept accruing....My PFG tax team got a hold of my IRS representative and finally got everything straightened out....The IRS made a huge mistake and PFG got everything corrected and resolved. I would highly recommend their service to anyone struggling with tax issues!!

It's beyond stressful when you run… It's beyond stressful when you run afoul of the IRS. I cannot emphasize enough what a great company this is to work with. In particular, Daniel is knowledgeable, calm, and goes way above and beyond to make sure you get the very best assistance you could hope for. He works on your account like it was his own. The communication is fantastic, I don't think there was more than once or twice that he personally did not pick up the phone when I called. I really don't think you could find a better company to assist you.
