In particular, Daniel is knowledgeable, calm, and goes way above and beyond to make sure you get the very best assistance you could hope for. He works on your account like it was his own. The communication is fantastic, I don't think there was more than once or twice that he personally did not pick up the phone when I called. Can I give 6 stars?! Robert Moody of Pheonix Financial has helped me with two separate issues and is kind, courteous, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone. He and his assistant "held my hand" and helped me get a payment plan that I could afford and then when I missed a deadline of filing w-2s that my payroll company was supposed to have filed, he helped me get the civil penalty abated.
