contaMINaTed Seems always to be contaminated with something. Signed up and was told I'd get to renew for my sign up fee of $45 for three months. Went online to establish my account and found out its going to be $40 a month. Always on the phone with tech support and they don't speak English very well, bless their hearts for trying though.
