Spent many hours with them promising resolution in hang-ups, break ups etc. fluctuating 1-0 bar signal strength. Promises, promises, promises with no resolution. Will not accept data older than 90 days. Based on good write-ups I opened account. only then did I find out that I cannot add data older than 90 days. even manually. (I even used their chat to verify). Then when I went to delete my account, their instructions don't match reality. Again, used Chat to clarify, and you have to request account delete (takes up to 45 days?!!!), except I got "system error, please try again later"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away. I wish I could have found reviews like this before I signed up.
