Will not accept data older than 90 days. Based on good write-ups I opened account. only then did I find out that I cannot add data older than 90 days. even manually. (I even used their chat to verify). Then when I went to delete my account, their instructions don't match reality. Again, used Chat to clarify, and you have to request account delete (takes up to 45 days?!!!), except I got "system error, please try again later"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away. I wish I could have found reviews like this before I signed up.

Positive customer service experience They were available in chat at odd hours and answered all my questions. Nothing above and beyond, but better than average, especially for a free service.

Terrible backups Terrible backups. Out of nowhere, I lost all of my history from the past 2 years and they said they can not recover it. Now only have 3 months' worth of data. Pure trash.
