GBI went in to refinance a new truck… I went in to refinance a new truck which I had originally financed with GM. Service was prompt, to the point, and it was easy to achieve my objective. I didn't feel like there was any wasted time sitting around waiting or with wasted motion in the interview process. I went into the branch office, got waited on promptly, and completed the deal in a reasonable amount of time.
