I didn't feel like there was any wasted time sitting around waiting or with wasted motion in the interview process. I went into the branch office, got waited on promptly, and completed the deal in a reasonable amount of time.

The teller that assisted us was very helpful she went above and beyond to make sure my student knew the ins and outs to his new account! She helped him to setup everything so that he would only have to go through the process one time, and explained the many perks he would have with his new account!
